WILL YOU MAKE HEAVEN?

“Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.” (‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:19-21‬, ‭NKJV‬‬)

"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven." (Matthew 7:21)

Many feel when they die they will go to Heaven, others do not believe there is a place called Heaven. Nobody can wish themselves into Heaven. Unbelief cannot erase the reality of Heaven. The Bible tells us of Jesus being lifted up into Heaven.

"So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God." (Mark 16:19)

"Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.” (Acts 1:9-11)

If you still do not believe, that is your right but one day everyone including yourself will stand before Jesus to give an account of their lives on earth. So, if there are some individuals who will not enter Heaven, where will they go to? HELL. IF YOU MISS HEAVEN, YOU CANNOT MISS HELL.

Part of the lyrics 'Highway to Hell', a song released in 1979 by the group called AC/DC is as follows:

Season ticket on a one-way ride

The second verse is as follows:

No stop signs, speed limit

The band members made their choice. They knew where they wanted to go. However they got something wrong - that is, there is no party time in hell. Hear what Jesus said about hell

"If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched— where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’ " (Mark 9:43-44)

'“And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!' " (Luke 12:4-5)

In hell, the fire is unquenchable. AC/DC band members called hell the promised land and stated that Satan paid their dues. You see, at the end of the day, the choice is yours. Make no mistake about it, whatever you sow, that is what you will reap (Galatians 6:7). You either serve God or Satan. WHOM SHALL YOU SERVE?

Only those who are on God's side, who have surrendered their lives to Jesus, who live daily according to the Word of God, who are disciples of Jesus, who live holy lives, who do not practice the works of the flesh, who are righteous, who do the will of God - will inherit the Kingdom of God and enter Heaven. 

It is my prayer that you will allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you and that you will obey the Word of God and the promptings of the Holy Spirit. Run to Jesus today, surrender to Him wholeheartedly and you shall be saved and thereby be on your way to Heaven when you leave this chaotic world.
